Key Entry/Key Verification |

Orders are keyed once to insert them into the database in a typically normal fashion, i.e. keying the copy and billing information in the same session. The order may be then placed into the work in process for verification; and ultimately the Key Verify operator key enters the same jobs that was processed earlier by Key Entry. The result of this double-key operation practically eliminates errors that have been invented by your own Entry staff. [BACK] |
