Similar to the archiving of Master Orders, all of the orders may be maintained for some amount of time determined by the ACT2² user to be sufficient. This feature is an extremely important feature and further reduces manpower requirements. Orders that have been delivered can be maintained for repeat work. Although not always important for some printers, Check printers often have a requirement to produce additional checks of the same (or nearly the same) image that was produced for the client originally. It is possible to access orders from History by an order number, MICR line information, zip code, name, customer number or any of several other typical pieces of information embedded in a standard product.
